Grahtwood Delay with NPC's and Scenery Loading?

PS4, I started playing about two years ago and have experienced this only in Grahtwood and have since day one. I load into Eldenroot wayshrine and I run to do undaily daunted or visit a vendor or train riding or anything at all and I've timed it it takes sometimes up to 30 seconds for NPC's to appear, the items like boxes and swords and ground terrain appear first slowly then they NPC's. I can target them but cannot interact or see them. For example I go to the undaunted daily area and I see the encampment, the tent and the carts etc, but the terrain is just flat brown, no boxes or the cage where the werewolf is or anything is there. SLOWLY the ground detail appears then the boxes and cage etc then finally the NPC's. It takes a long time. I then go to the guild vendors and the same thing occurs, I go somewhere else and same thing. It's the only zone this happens to me in. Is anyone else experiencing this?

It's weird that it is only one zone for me.

Eden Root has had issues in the past.

Lately, at least on PC, it has been fine.

Go to Wayrest or Deeshan if you need an Undaunted Hub. Yes, you ride a bit farther, but that close in environment in Grahtwood is the reason you have issues with Loading.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Eldenroot is pretty heavily trafficked since there's a vendor and group of guild traders all in a straight line on the way down to the undaunted enclave

Grahtwood (or any densely populated hub) was always like that for me on PS4 Slim. I upgraded to PS4 Pro and solid state hard drive and have not seen black silhouettes or slow loading since.
