I`m in Cyrodiil trying run some scouting reports. I noticed that I couldn`t transport through the transit system but I figured a work around until I died. I tried to choose a destination and it`s like the regular map. Now i`m stuck, my work around doesn`t help when I die.

    SO.... I logged out and it sent me to Northern High Rock Gate and still no way to get back to playing.

    No offense but we have no idea why you could not use the transit system nor what the issue is with your workaround. Maybe provide some information of what is actually happening if you are seeking help.

    I am running reports, when I go to the transit and look at the map I can see the destinations but they are not active(like the normal map). so I hit the escape button and it goes into the setttings menu. Then I hit the escape button again and then the map is back, Now I can access the destinations and move on. Now when I died there was no way to get that to work so I logged out and logged back in and was dead at the gate. Someone rez`ed me and now I can resume.

    Not sure if I'm understanding your problem but....
    Cyrodiil has a different Teleporter system than the PvE part of the world. In Cyro, you can fast travel between the locations as long as they are connected with a supply chain. If that chain is broken, you can not fast travel.
    Gettingback into the PvE part of the world is only possible by activating the Teleport stone in the starting location of your realm. You can NOT port to a guildmate or friend or use the beam-me-up AddOn while being in Cyrodiil.

    Yes I know how the system works, never said anything about beam me up and Cyrodiil is a PVP area.

    Are you using a minimap addon? It sounds like an issue people were having with maps after Greymoor dropped when they had a minimap installed. The problem was fixed afaik, and has worked fine for me (using Votan's minimap) but if you haven't updated, that could be the issue.
