Hey everyone I just hit my first 50 as a stamblade. I’m going to respec my skills now.
Not sure what to besides keep leveling.
I got these CP points now but haven’t spent them. I’ve read some of altcast website but it’s confusing too. Some skills he has I don’t even have yet at all.
I’m running dual weld and bow.
Idk guess I’m lost.

✭✭✭✭Some thoughts:
The next checkpoint is CP 160, because that's what you need to wear max-level gear. Before then, it isn't worth investing in the good stuff.
After that it's CP 300, because:- CP generally have diminishing returns.
- Your first 300 CP do double duty, in that they also raise your magicka/stamina/health stats.
- There are some minor limitations on queueing for dungeons that go away at CP 300.
Since you're playing a stamina character, experiment and see which weapon lines you most enjoy. In PvE you'll likely wind up choosing DW/bow or 2H/bow. I actually prefer bow/bow myself. Warden is probably the ideal class for that.
Vigor is an essential skill. If you don't have it and totally hate PvP, wait until the Midyear Mayhem event and grind it then (it doesn't take long).
Consuming Trap is really underrated. But it's the rare skill that gains a LOT from being leveled after it's morphed.4 -

✭✭✭✭Oh yeah. Many people think thieving is fun. Stamblades are perfect for that. The one drawback is that for stealth speed you should take the Concealed Weapon morph and hence not the Surprise Attack one. If you're not a vampire, ideal thieving gear (on at least one skill bar) is:- 5 Night's Silence
- 4 Darloc Brae
- 3 Night Terror

BRogueNZ✭✭✭✭✭level all your armour types, weapon types, play the game as normal with XP boosts. Perhaps you gathering passives at least, writs will help with progressing professions even if you don't plan to craft, you may want to.0

Sailor_Palutena✭✭✭✭You gotta reap Champion Points ultra fast because of the Enlightned bonus during the first 300 points. Don't worry much where you spend them because you will always be able to reset them (for a cost). I suggest checking a guide to see where the Dimishing Returns start to happen for every star you decide to invest. Most of them start to become useless to invest points after 35 points.1 -

CP will come en passant, like has been said, get to 160, than start choosing your desirred armor setup and farm the pieces,go on to CP 300, and then keep going.
If you like TG or DB, (or Psijic for that matter) its helpful if you do cadwells first (which is also a great source of XP, skill points, and CP), if TG or DB is not your desire, you can do whatever. Lorewise the progression after the mainstory is to cadwells, craglorn, orsinium, then starting on the daedtic triad storyline (Morrowind, clockwork city, summerset) and murkmore before going elsweyr & dragonhold, then finally greymoor and keep going.
But there is no rush, and you can take your time, do whatever... PvP, crafting, farming motivs to pretty up your character, etc. Since your main is a stamblade, you definitely will want to PvP at least until you unlock vigor, that's a decent healing skill for stamina characters. Just hop into cyrodil, find a campaign where stuff happens, tag along with some warband, and do your part... if the fighting is too tough, you can still gain AP through repairing walls, operating siege engines, and flipping flags.
And the most important part... do what YOU find fun! That is the whole point of the game after all!1 -

Hello AppleJuiceBox2 (I guess AppleJuiceBox and AppleJuiceBox1 were taken?).
There's a couple of 'long games' in ESO. CP is one, crafting is another. Don't wait until you need to craft something. Unlock and start researching all crafts right away on your first character (and while you're leveling your CP, gather crafting resources whenever you come across them).
The fact is, that it is very likely that at some point you will relegate this first character to dedicated crafter and 'power level' a second one once you know better what you're doing/what you want. It will be nice to have a full crafting bag and dedicated crafter available then.Please stop making requests for game features. ZOS have enough bad ideas as it is!1 -

✭Best advice to a lowbie is this:
Make all the characters you may want in advance, even if you don't use them. That way you can feed the horse each day, and when you get round to them it won't be such a chore.
Plan them properly, ie race / class / name. even if you never get round to using them but they'll make great mules.1 -

With that being said. Would it be wrong as far as my skills go as well to pick what I enjoy? I do what to do good dps and help out but I’m not in to finding the perfect max everything.
I had my skills set and then swapped over to one I found online and I do not like it. I know Elder Scrolls is play your way but just curious.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Adding to what the others have said, I would recommend you do the undaunted pledges on normal difficulty every day. Your future self will thank you for doing so.
Note that you should still avoid the DLC dungeon pledges as some of them can by quite tricky. For that the only pledge givers you need to care about for now are Maj al-Ragath and Glirion the Redbeard. Urgalarg Chief-bane only has DLC pledges.
The undaunted pledges advance your undaunted skill line and reward you with undaunted keys. If you find a high CP group that's willing, they can carry you through the veteran pledges for greater rewards and progress.
The undaunted keys will be important to you once you hit 160CP because you can spend them on monster set hats and shoulders. It would be a waste to invest into those before 160CP as you will still outgrow them.
The reason you should stay away from DLC dungeons for now, especially their veteran versions, is because they are balanced around 300CP. That's a magic number because at that point your attributes will have increased by 20% each. Each CP spent before the 301st increases your max stats by a little and that is important for your damage dealing capabilities. So unless you are a god at the game it will be impossible for you to reach the necessary damage requirements for the veteran DLC dungeons.
If you want to reach higher CP faster, you should also look into daily random normal dungeons (and daily random battlegrounds if you are into PvP) as they help you reach your CP milestones even faster.
Note that these can be completed once on each of your characters, which means that if you have multiple lvl50 characters, you can dramatically accelerate your CP gain. It is by no means a necessity to make more than one character to reach 300CP but if you are already planning on having multiple characters and trying the other classes as well, you might as well do that now.
Generally, I wouldn't try to rush to get high CP. Check what is out there and what you like. Keep doing what you have been doing.
Once you reach 160CP you should look at some builds that are out there that appeal to you and then start working towards them. Note that if these builds include Maelstrom Arena weapons, you should avoid the veteran Maelstrom arena like the plague and go into the normal version instead. It can be quite a bit more frustrating at lower CP and even on max CP it's not easy. But since Greymoor the normal Maelstrom Arena is more rewarding to do.
At 300CP you can start looking at the more challenging content of the game. Veteran DLC dungeons are hard but also the most fun.This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.1 -
