Change Alliance Token, what do you lose?

Do you lose anything when using a Change Alliance Token? For example I would presume you lose any current end of campaign rewards for your home campaign. What all do you lose if anything? Do you lose any achievements or titles earned from PvP?

You lose your current end of campaign rewards for your home campaign.
Alliance-based cosmetics, like the dog, the costume, the hat and the horse will change to the new faction on that character, possibly even the ones placed as furniture in your house.

You do not lose anything else as far as I understand it. You keep your titles and PvP rank and achievements.
This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.

So basically it just seems like things simply alter to refit your new alliance shift. I like that. At least there isn't a sense of loss when you switch side.

You loose your dignity, your honor!

You will be known forever as a betrayer to the King/Queen!

(and supporting unnecessary, overpriced microtransactions for something that could have been made available in a more customer-friendly fashion via in-game gold or an in-game quest - which could have been very cool because there would have been an actual logical process to betraying your King or Queen...)

    🙄
Heaven forbid people make friends who play on a different faction and you’d like to be able to play with them in IC/Cyro on your long neglected main that you made long before you met them.
