Is the Tri-Angled Truth Altar purple in Bal Foyen bugged?

Can anyone confirm they have actually gotten this drop in Bal Foyen since Greymoor launched on PC? I've spent more time on that one lead than anything else, every night signing off with at least 5,000 bounty - and I've completed several golds. Even spent about 7 hours yesterday farming nodes, netches, the nix hound, bad guys, for an alternate lead than a safebox, while still doing safeboxes. I've gotten the purple guar 4 times.....

    Can't confirm it, but yes seems bugged. I have the same issue. In the meantime I have found arround 5 The Dutiful Guar but no single Tri-Angled Truth Altar in Bal Foyen.

    Yeah I have 3 guars but no altar :( and I love triangles so I have to have this :(

    Yes seems bugged, got The Dutiful Guar and the Aldmeri Symphonium / Preserved Music Box Mechanism but no Tri-Angled Truth Altar

    same hear. it appears to be somewhere else and not in safeboxes. who found it in a safebox=?

    Safeboxes seems to contain only The Dutiful Guar leads.

    It's fixed, I have two now :)

    PC NA, CP2200+. Character creation is the true endgame.

    Anyone on console confirm? Ive opened over 50 safeboxes, got the guar and 9k bounty but no altar lead.

    Your nerf suggestion is dumb. Learn to counter other players instead of having the game rebuilt to your ability level.

    Was the clothing node in Bal foyen?

    In Bal Foyen go to the crafting area. There are about 10 safeboxes that spawn in that room and zero guards. You can rack up tens of thousands in bounty and keep picking the locks with no repercussions (other than paying off your bounty after you find the lead).
