Shadow Barrier broken?

Is anyone actually getting the armor bonus from procing this? I've been testing it out and I only seem to get spell resist from it.

Its supposed to grant both +spell resist and +armor when you come out of stealth or invisibility.

Odd, it wasn't working in cyrodill, but now its working just fine.

until lvl 50 in cyrodill most of your stat are LOCKED... armor is one fo those stat... this mean that no mater what you wear... no metter what skill you use... you will have the same armor... resist on the other hand seem not to be locked and that i why skill such as this or the sorc lightning form only increase resist while leveled up in cyrodill and not the armor... once you hit lvl 50 and start using you own stat even in cyrodill all skill will start to behave the normal way and you will benefit from armor buff there as well ^^

Well that certain explains it! and here I was thinking i'd have to file a bug report about it. Thanks for the explanation
