World Boss Dailies - WB need shorter respawn cooldown or a workaround

Right now I am alot of recurring dailies while exploring Southern Elsweyr and Greymoor. One type among these dailies is "Kill a World Boss and do some other stuff". Sounds ok and doable since alot of players are doing the WBs.

HOWEVER... the situation I am confronted with most is the following:
About 20+ people are standing at a world boss spawn location because the boss was laid about 10 minutes ago and is still on cooldown. Once the boss appears the boss is bursted down within 10 seconds and the group moves on only to be replaced with the next group of people being too late.
I cannot rly remember the time I have spent browsing Youtube videos while waiting for the boss to spawn.

My suggestion would be to reduce the maximum cooldown to 5 minutes or adding some kind of interactable object that drains like 5 soul gems (filled) to spawn the boss immediately.

The workaround is to chase WB's and other sources of Leads in other places. There are WB's in almost every zone in the game.

How does that help when you have to kill a specific WB? Not everything is about chasing leads

Lets just say that i chase other WBs... by the time i get to the one WB that i need for the quest,it is already killed again.
