Magicka stelth Armor

Its time Zeni, espically with Vampire rework we need to have a armor set that reduces stealth detection that has magicka regen on it.
why must we choose between gimping our stelth and stats, vampires thiefs and killers (dark brotherhood) have mages in them.

✭✭✭✭✭I've always ogled the Stygian set as something seemingly powerful (in a PvP context) that I should probably find a way to use but I never actually see it talked about.
Is there something that I'm missing or is it like a "First Rule of Fight Club" type situation where it is good but people don't want to talk about it in order to save it from the dreaded spreadsheet?
It used to be magNB-exclusive but now any vampire class can use it and it synergizes well with the new changes.0 -

They dont have to. The point is there are magicka sets that augment stealth. It doesnt have to be exactly the same effects as stamina stealth sets. That would be boring.0
