Necromancer class include in elsewyr chapter

Greetings,
After Greymoor release Elsewyr has became a DLC instead of a Chapter. Due to that the Necromancer class is now a separate purchase.
If Elsewyr chapter was purchased before Greymoor release the Necromacer class shall be include in it right?
