Gold lead drops for the wromg person in a group

Did Elden Hollow in a group with a friend who is not levelling Antiquities. After several runs of nothing, HE got the gold lead for the Wild Hunt Ring, even though I am the only one that has scrying levelled to 7. I don't know if this counts as a bug, but it's stupid. Fix, please.

    All loots are random for each player with exception of like some world lootable items like from chests and bags.

    You can get the leads at lower levels, or even before unlocking the skilline.

    I got my first gold lead at rank 1 in each line. At rank 3 I also got the lead for the Sticky Integument Leather for the Thrassian Stranglers.

    I got a gold lead from a survey without even picking up the skill line.

    Yes. All leads regardless of skill. I would even suspect ZOS making their psuedo RNG more likely to give shiny leads to players who haven't yet purchased the expansion as incentive to get them to do so.
