Western Skyrim incorrect UVs on the stone

Hello! Found this in western Skirym. A bit annoying, and strange. How can this UV error can be? Today there are tons of methods to check and negate such an errors almost automatically and flawlessly.

This looks like a far too stretched texture.

On a different note - do you find terrain textures failing to load on random places in W. Skyrim? It happened 2x for me after about an hour of playing. Cyrodiil had this issue for years and while I find it no big deal there (it's war there!), it's annoying on overland (skyrim) when it happens.

Yes, textures fail to load time to time. After a while they load eventually. That happened earlier when I had ESO installed on HDD. Then when I moved ESO on separated SSD, this issue is almost gone. But for now in W. Skyrim texures just refuse to load or loading take enormous amout of time (idk exactly).

Yes, ESO is on a SSD here too, so that shouldn't be an issue. I think it's related to WSkyrim, I never noticed it in overland before. Logging off/on works, but it's annoying.
