• ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – March 11, 9:00AM EDT (13:00 UTC) - 1:00PM EDT (17:00 UTC)

Still can't get into Greymoor

Crown store say I own it, but when I try and go there, I can't get in and it tells me I need to purchase it. Which I can't do because the crown store says that I own it.

    Try going to the ESO website. Right now there's an UI error where those who could access Greymoor without having bought it still appear in the game shop like they have indeed bought it, though they haven't. But it should work like it's supposed to if you go to their website.

    Yeah I haven't had great experiences with support. Maybe submit another one if it's been like 2 weeks. That's unacceptable you can't get what you paid for and not getting responses about it from support. It's been quite a bit of time.

    As there are multiple threads ongoing about Greymoor access issues we've decided to close this thread.

    We are still looking into issues with some players unable to access Greymoor. For players who own Greymoor and still cannot access Skyrim, please open a ticket with customer support. Please be aware that ESO Plus membership does not grant you access to The Elder Scroll Online: Greymoor content.
