Thing is, I wonder if it is supposed to be supplied from the retailer we purchased from as a separate code or not?
ZOS upgraded my account for me until it arrives which is great but I have yet to see the pre-order items from that so was waiting to see when I add my code from the actual box when it arrives. Not happy reading this that it didn't give you your items.
I wanna ask you OP, since it also includes 30 days of ESO+... did you get 1650 crowns with that too from the ESO+ we get with the game or is it just the 30 days ESO+ with no crowns?
I'm glad I came across this as well. Doesn't anyone find it very strange that the ESO+ month doesn't come with crowns? That's a definition of a month of ESO+. The CE was expensive enough as it is already.
A little comforted to see I’m not the only one that ran into this issue...I pre-order my collectors edition but shipping was delayed so support gave me the advanced access to play on launch day until it arrived too. On launch I received the collectors edition items and the free month of ESO plus, but didn’t receive the pre-order items yet. I actually got my physical CE in the mail this morning and submitted my code to support like they advised in the ticket. Maybe after they verify the code for us we’ll receive the items?

That sounds like a logical explanation. They'll allow access to the game on proof of pre-order, but only give the pre-order bonus items when the code has been submitted.
Others have a point about the extra month's crowns, although I must admit it never occurred to me that I'd get extra crowns, just that as an existing subscriber I'd have my next payment set back a month. The website does mention "select ESO Plus benefits, including the Craft Bag, DLC access, and more!". Note the "select".
That's a very sneaky word to put in there... I wonder what else the "selection" doesn't include. But to me this seems like a small print scam for this price. Especially since the overview of what it means to be an ESO Plus™ member it gives this:The website does mention "select ESO Plus benefits, including the Craft Bag, DLC access, and more!". Note the "select".

I did submit my code from the boxed set as requested on Thursday. And after that they did add the moth of ESO+. But so far no preorder bonuses.
I did send a reply on the temp code request ticket asking about the preorder bonuses, no reply on it. I am wondering if I need to make a unique ticket for it.

You keep mentioning that you’ve submitted your code to Support, but did you redeem it under your account on the website? (I think there’s also an option to do it in game at this point.) You shouldn’t need to submit it to Support to activate it. Usually they apply a temporary code until you put in your own code yourself.
