Am I in the login queue even though my queue time is frozen? Should I log out and in until i get a queue time that doesn't freeze?

Yes, there isn't a countdown right now. The character screen should come up when the time is up.

NO that is NOT okay. I paid for the update when it was first offered. I pay for ESO plus. And I cannot get in the game without a 30 minute queue? UNACCEPTABLE!

Thnxs wasn't quite sure and didn't want to have to start queuing back at the end of line.

25 minutes into my 36 minute queue and decided to check the forums about this same issue LOL. The lack of a countdown timer does make it seem like nothing is happening and you d/c'd... I'm disappointed of course, but really some of these folks act like they've never seen a game have problems on release day. And even as I'm typing the screen changed to character select, so cya in game!

My experience tells me “no”. I just posted in another thread, I’m at 2 hours and counting of seeing that I have an approximate wait time of 33 min and 55 seconds.

Yes, the timer is running even though it doesn't show it. If you click on "Leave Queue" the box will go away, then pop right back up, but with an updated time-- at least, it does for me.

I had mine time out. When I logged back in, it was 30 seconds, and got in then.

Are you new to the genre perhaps. Queues are a fact of life in popular MMO's at launch. WoW was the same. What we always have done all these years is relax and wait patiently and play something else

Ah yes, the lost art of "waiting patiently".

Been playing since BETA never had to wait in a queue to log in to game. Or less than a minute, because as long as it was I wouldn't still be playing.
