Good day,
I bought the new chapter (14.05.2020) over Steam and noticed I didn't receive the mount you are getting from
pre-purchase. I checked and relogged on both servers. Nothing. So I then sent a ticket to the support.
Since I sent my bill to prove I actually bought the DLC (22.05.2020) I didn't hear back from my agent.
I don't have access to the chapter, I didn't receive any of the goodies that came with it and I feel lost as I don't
get any feedback at all: not on Steam, not on Twitter, not from my agent.
I wonder if other Steam users are having troubles with the chapter as well.
One of my friends bought it over Steam as well and he got everything right away, so not everyone seems to have troubles.
I only checked on Steam again: the chapter is bought and listed in my library.
So, does anyone else encounter this problem?
And does anyone know where else I could beg the support to help me with my case?
(Yes, I can imagine things are busy right now, but it maybe might be understandable that I'm not happy
about how long it takes for my case to be solved or at least replied to.)
