Fell bad for the people working around the clock on this and they have the console patch now on going, hopefully investors and marketing understand a working game is better than a rushed one during a pandemic.

True but can still be stressful for them, money doesn't make everything ok. Easy to forget there are humans behind all this and not bots.

I see your point, but every job requires a certain skillset. To be able to handle High load and stressful situations is a must in the software industry where you target quarterly releases.
Just visit a busy local pub and see how stressful a day can be in the catering. Don't worry those guys in the pub earning quarter of the sally that you can earn in the software business.

Yeah sure in the US, I guess it's not a 3rd world [snip] and the gaming software industry works a bit differently than a bakery. I am working for a USA based enterprise software company, I get compensation.

Actually where labor laws are concerned the US is worse than most 3rd world [snip]. Also do you work in the US or is it just the company that is based there while you are elsewhere? Because if the latter the company have to comply with local labor laws.
