StopIt! No camera change or force closing menu's on camera change.

I'm recently returning to ESO and it drove me crazy that I couldn't move while in menu's and that it spun my character around like a princess to zoom in on him.
I spent a few hours familiarizing myself with the ESO API and then made an addon that eliminates this in most common menu's.
Figured some other people might enjoy it.
