Can't connect to PTS (ticket #200515-003674)

Hello. I asked this in the PTS forum but was advised to repost it here as it's about a fault rather than PTS feedback.

I've been playing for a year on Xbox with ESO account 'GenjiraX', which is linked to my Xbox account 'Genjira X'. I bought a PC last week in order to play and provide feedback on PTS. Access to the Live server works fine. Access to PTS fails on PTS login screen after entering my password with the message "Error 200 (7:4:181:597) Login failed. Please try again." My PC has a static IP address and is wired. I don't have any Add-ons.

I have tried:
  • Adding relevant port numbers to my router's port forwarding rules
  • Setting Launcher to run as Administrator
  • Updating Radeon drivers
  • Excluding Zenimax Online folder from virus scanner and Windows Security
  • Repairing the Launcher
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling the game
  • Creating a new, unlinked account and buying the base game again

Grateful for any help.

    This problem is now affecting my PC/EU Live server access as well. Before yesterday's update I could access the Live server no problem. Now I get the same behaviour on the Live server that I previously got only on the PTS, i.e. "Could not retrieve announcements," Error 200 after entering account password, no Game Options items except Settings after Quitting back to Launcher.

    I could be wrong but I don't believe this is one of the common problems experienced by other players after the update yesterday as they were more often issues after selecting the character. I can't even login to my account. It looks to me like a separate issue with Greymoor as it prevented me playing PTS and, now that Greymoor is on the live server, it is preventing me playing the game at all.

    I purchased the base game, ESO+ and the Greymoor digital collectors' upgrade. I've tried repairing and also uninstalling/reinstalling today. I don't know what else I can do at my end.

    I've added this update to my original ticket but, as there's been no response to that since 22 May, I'm not hopeful it will prompt any action. Should I open a new ticket?

    The ticket you opened 200527-003019 was closed as support is handling it under ticket 200515-003674. Support has responded back today with some additional things to try for this login issue.

    Following RJ's instructions, I've got back onto the Live server, which is great. PTS still isn't working for me, however, so hopefully that will come soon.
