Major Frame Drops

It's been a month I'm having major frame drops randomly mostyl during combats. I had solid 60fps on this pc all high settings since 2016 but with the latest updates game became unplayable for me. My graphics card and win 10 is up to date I tried without addons and everyting. I even created a ticket but I never got respond from ZOS.
