Can't Get a Live Person to Look at my Submitted Ticket

I'm having an issue with my account and have submitted tickets in-game but four days later and still waiting for a live person to look at them. Is there something more I can do because at this point the game is unplayable and it making it hard to lead a 500 member active guild. Any help or insight would be amazing. Thanks!

    Apparently they're very busy atm, I'm at over 10 days currently waiting for the right people to have a look. Might be waiting for a while.

    My issue is happening to multiple ppl in my household including the house ESO streamer, it was resolved for them and im hoping i can get it resolved for me tonight.

    @ZOS_BillE still waiting, hopefully you can help move things along, looks like the house streamer is good now and hopefully soon I will be too. And thanks for the help I'm starting to loose my mind.
