Would move the Rally skill into fighters guild skill tree in order to make all weapons trees competitive, would also add instead rally a stun skill as a 5th 2h weapon skill, would also create a 5th skill for mages guild skill tree to balance.

1. Remove classes and let all skills be available to everyone. But since this is likely considered a major change...
2. Allow a limited form of trading of bound items so i could transmute/upgrade gear for my guildies and random people who don't have the time or inclination to grind crafting.

This is first and foremost a PvE mmorpg, in my opinion remove PvP altogether because it's gimping the PvE.

I wish communication between the devs and players was better. I wish there was a bit more transparency on their end. Sometimes I feel like a mark and not a loyal customer.

I believe it would trickle down and allow many of the other issues to be corrected in a more efficient manner. I believe it would improve player attitudes overall as well, and lend the base more patience when things go wrong like today's update rollout.

Solo mode open world, delves, public dungeons.
In The Division 2, only the bases are public. When you go out into the city the world is yours, there are no other players derping and zerging around unless you chose to group with them.
I would LOVE this for ESO.

I really would make a roleplay server. One of the things I was disappointed about at launch was what was supposed to be there but wasn't. Play Questionaires were talked about leading up to launch and how filling this out would put us in shards pertaining to our play style. PVP/PVE/RP or any mix of the few. Were I in control, I would provide these servers for that reason where Cyrodiil would act as its own megaserver to facilitate the whole RvR niche. But right now, finding people with have similar interests is a crapshoot because of how phasing works

i pretty much quit playing my magsorc because i dont like playing with pets, but i also dont like gimping myself. im not amazing at the game, but i do put in effort. my magsorc got effortless dps gains just by having one pet out, even purely passive.

the ability to use my mouse cursor to target something instead of just crappy tab targeting.

would love to be able to actually target something without having to fight through 30 other ppl in pvp, or a bunch of adds/pets that are standing in the way of the enemy im trying to target.

Remove the need for add-ons and integrate the most useful ones into the game.
Then make using add-ons impossible.

Absolutely not. Add-ons are a big part of why this is the best MMO right now. The people who hate on them are just being lazy and ignorant.
