I want to hear from ZOS on this. Is this queue a permanent thing?! They need to start addressing their customers. Seriously can't expect we're happy about this sh*t.

1. Is this permanent?
2. I'm an ESO plus subscriber and I can't play, What compensation are you offering to people who are PLUS members and can't actually play.
3. No priority for ESO+ people who are supporting this game... LIKE DAMN, where's the VIP treatment.
ESO plus doesn't mean you're a VIP, you're simply paying for a craftbag and some extra dungeons that you probably no longer bother with now you have the gear from them.
It SHOULD mean that... At least give priority to subscribers in queues and customer support etc. Thats not TOO much to ask for. These are the people who are helping to support the game ongoing and that should be acknowledged.

You get 1650 Crowns for being ESO plus. Basically all you did was promise to buy crowns for X months and got a bonus from that. That alone is already more than someone paying $15 a month to just buy crowns. In ADDITION:- You get access to all DLC
- Access to unlimited craft bag
- Access to more bank space
- Access to more furnishing slots
- Plus more
No. You get plenty for your ESO plus. Having priority queue over people who have also spent money on this game, but no longer feel that throwing money at ZOS is deserved, is not an additional perk of plus.
But it should be. Sure you get bonuses for playing, but for the ongoing support of the game, you'd at least expect some kind of customer service.
I DO think everyone who buys this game deserves to play & get customer support, but you'd think loyal supporters would also be a priority..
I mean, think about it, if you go around pi*sing off your loyal subs, that's a quick way to end some cash flow. If they were HALF strategic, they'd offer loyal supporters/SUBs priority customer service and jump any launch queues to avoid backlash & lose subs. Hell if i could get in the game RN i wouldn't even be thinking I'll unsub. But NOW its a major consideration.0 -

Part 3: Actual gameplay changes that were likely knee jerk overkills and will only make new overpowered FOTM builds that we will have to hear people cry about hourly for the next 6 months until ZOS decides to hit it with the nerfbat.0 -

This one also things ZOS should stop pushing content and use all this at home time to contemplate improving their servers and their server stability and improving overall customer support/experience. This one feels if the additional chapter was delayed due to a pandemic, people wouldn't care as much because at LEAST they could still play.0 -

Actually, this is probably part 3. I wasn't awake early enough to catch the standards like "they're doing maintenance during my prime time" threads. Then there was the second maintenance threads, and now the "but I pay for +, I shouldn't be in a queue" threads.0 -

Hell, I still remember trying to login on the official SWTOR launch (I was in the week head-start from Collectors addition) and I remember getting hit with a queue. This happens, it's a huge release aimed at the fans and potential new players alike. Server instability is to be expected albeit I wish it wasn't so but more people logging in at once consumed resources, that's just online gaming for you.0 -

I have, I have a 2 year old and a LOT of patience considering. BUT when you get only 1 hour a day to play, I get pretty annoyed when I cant.0
