Stuck in my house, RL and in ESO..

So after 12 hours of waiting the server came up, for some odd reason i have placed my main Character in my house and now im kinda stuck. (Other Characters works fine)

I have tried to use the door ofc. that results in a endless loading screen
I tried to Port to friend and use wayshrines, also resulting in a endless loading screen
I tried to Signup to BG and dungeon finder, again resulting in a endless loading screen
I have also tried to signup to Cyrodiil, this just give me a black screen with no loading nor picture, but ofc its still endless.

So im stuck at home both RL and ESO now… lovely.

You just have to be endlessly patient when you encounter an endless loading screen...

Try putting on a helm from the Thieves Guild, Assassins Guild, or Dark Brotherhood, and maybe it will let you out.

I had the same issue......stuck in my house and rollback. I logged out for about 3 hours and then logged back in and that character is now in Western Skyrim. I have no idea what is causing it but, for me, it fixed on it's own.

my friend, has this same issue!!! His main character, that he left logged into his house, he can not get to load

Same happened to a friend of mine, he bought Proudspire but got a long load screen and disconnect when it was transferring ownership to him - deducted 7,500 crowns, it is in his collections UI, but is stuck in preview mode and his character cannot leave.

This sort of thing is affecting multiple people

Thank you. Hopefully this resolves on its own and if not it's good to have a Support ticket in. We're investigating what the cause may be in the meantime.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom I am the player referenced by Epona222 earlier in the thread. It took me 10 min to get into Proudspire. I purchased the house fully furnished and 7500 crowns were taken. Then the server spit me out because the process from purchase to ownership timed out. When I go back to the house and hit F5 the choices are buy the house and not the editor. If I go to collections (U button) it says I own the house. I can switch it from previews for unfurnished to furnished, but not edit. Friends cannot travel to me because it says I am in preview mode.

My character cannot leave Proudspire either!!!! I have tried to do /stuck, port to a guild member, travel to one of my other houses, etc. It just times out and she is stuck. This is a character that I have been playing since game launch too and my main dungeon character, so this hurts bad.

I would submit a ticket, but I cannot get into the game to do that. I get a login queue screen saying it is more than 40 mins before I can enter the game. I am not waiting 40 min to get into a game that I paid to play. I can understand that it is an effort to deal with long load times, but I just can't stare at screen for 40 min and then expect to find my character still trapped and get booted again for another 40 min wait.

For months I have been excited about Greymoor and have promoted it with pictures in our guild and now I can only look at pictures on Discord. This is quickly becoming my worst day in ESO ever.

I would really like to get my character freed from prison and know that the furnished house I purchased is going to be their furnished and usable. . . . once I can get into the game.

UPDATE

Things appear to have been fixed. I finally was able to get on the server at 0200 EDT and found the house fixed and my character freed from her prison. Thanks to whomever righted the situation.

lets trade! im stuck on a loading screen to get to my character select! finally get past the queue to just get stuck watching an icon spin in the corner of my screen!

Maybe the zone your house is located in has issued a quarantine because of the knahaten flu?

Im pretty sure it was the bananas coalition. during the last outbreak they installed some tight lockdown measures!!!.

They took advantage of the situation and installed some dictatorish rules to the general population.

A very kind soul gave me an Alliance change token, so i changed the alliance on the Character that was stuck and it worked just as described in another thread.

I dont want to be in another alliance on this Character though.. So i have to buy another Alliance token to change back...
