Loading times are taking very long (5mins~ average)

Hello!

I'm a big fan of the game, but I've been taking forever to load every time i get a loading screen. Be it in populated zones or zones with nobody, or even travelling to my house.
Could I get some advise on what I can do?

I run ESO on my main SSD, and removed all my addons just for today.

Yeah, I've been stuck in one for 7 minutes now.

On PC NA here, read some other posts and noticed they were on the EU Megaserver
