Light is not equal to fire though. Still templars theme is based around holy light. Jesus beam is a beam of light, a kamehamehaaaa of energy...not really something to do with fire. Solar barrage...well the name says it, its about light (since the heat and fire of a sun is comverted to light for everything else than the sun). Vamps bane...well the name of the other morph again refers to the holy light element, but since vampires weakness in ESO is fire damage...well there you go.

In the end all three skills should have the same elemental attribute: light. Since fire is the dks theme, templars light element counts as magic damage. Vamps bane somehow was treatened differently and nobody knows why.

PS: if any templar skill should be fire damage, it should be the ultimate Nova. I mean you summon a fragment of the sun, a fragment of a star of fire and heat...all the other skills are only based on the energy from a star meanwhile nova is a part of the star. So nova should be fire damage meanwhile all the other skills should be magic damage or of the light element, since they are only a source of energy of a star.
