Unable to logout to the character select screen from inside game

I attempted numerous times to logout while in Western Skyrim, but the logout stops at 0 where it stays endlessly. I am unable to logout to the character select screen without quitting the game entirely. I was not in combat. I was standing inside a building at the time. This happened within the last 10 minutes. I tried typing /logout and also hitting escape and selecting logout from the menu. Same issue each time.
I am on PC, NA server.

Deminia✭✭I have now tried several other characters located in other zones. The same problem continues, although just a few minutes ago I was able to get to the character select screen after waiting about 20-30 seconds after logout timer hit 0. Earlier, when I posted my first part of this bug report, it just hung on 0 seconds and didn't even log me out. So a slight improvement, but still happening.0
