It seems to depend on where you were able to order it from. I have seen a few complaints about Amazon orders, although I ordered mine from Game in the UK and it arrived at lunchtime today. I hope yours arrives without further delay.

Same for me. I ordered from Amazon in January and they don't have a ship date yet. I contacted Customer Support, and they said that they have enabled it for me after getting a purchase screenshot. But, when I try to go to Western Skyrim, it says it is locked and takes me to Crown Store, which shows it as purchased. Sigh....

I ordered mine from Amazon in January, the day it was announced.
For months, Amazon said I would get it on May 25th (though I dont know how considering it was Memorial day).
Late in the day on May 25, I get an email saying it would be delayed for an unknown time.
Submittted a ticket to get a temp code and other than the acknowledgment email that they got the ticket, there has been nothing.
People that submitted tickets 4 days ago still havent heard either.
So I suspect that you can expect it to be at least a week, probably more before youll get to play the new content.
