Loading Screens have gone right back to being Abysmal

As title says, Loading Screens are awful again. One thing Harrowstorm really did fix, for me at least, was loading screens. I was popping right in whenever i used a Wayshrine, especially within a zone, but also from zone to zone.
Well, that's over. It's back to taking several minutes to go from zone to zone and about a minute within a zone.
For me, at least. And my computer is brand new.

✭I had this too, PC NA. It's so bad I'm going to have to time it just to be sure because I can't estimate it accurately when it's so long (as in 10 or 15 minutes long). All my characters are based in Glenumbra and it's utterly unfeasible to wait ten minute or more every single time I go there or try to leave the Outlaw's Refuge or whatever.PC NA, PC EU

✭Load screens load screens load screens. Can't even get out of Banghori to move to Reaper Marsh via WS. In a constant load screen. Tried 5 times now. After 3 minutes each time did an Alt F4 to get out of the game. Then when trying to re log in states already logged in and have to wait several minutes to even get back into the game and another load screen. Pathetic0 -

Today, so far... Vivec to Mournhold was 194 seconds, then 2 or 3 failed attempts to get to Grand Linchal Manor, and finally Mournhold to The Rift took 284 seconds.XBox EU/NA:@ElsonsoJannus

Since "Performance Patch." Stuffs been wonky for me. Wish they could fix issues but I think these issues are going be part game forever since day one these issues have been present.0 -
