ESO+ Status not updated after redeeming PCE code

I have gotten the psychical CE of Greymoor, and after redeeming my code successfully, my ESO+ hasn't been updated..?
It still says '4 days remaining'. Or will it be applied after my original ESO+ runs out?

    Are you playing ESO through Steam?

    If so, there was an issue earlier with code redemption as posted here. It may take up to 24 hours for your free 30 days of ESO Plus to appear on your account.

    @ZOS_BillE No I don't play it through Steam.
    I saw Steam users had issue, so I figured to post here my issue, maybe other non-steam players are having similar issue?

    Thanks for the update. You should go ahead and start a ticket with customer support so they can check the ESO Plus entitlement on your account.
