To be honest I expected to receive a larger area to explore for the paid price ....

    ??? No one can even enter. How can you had explored it already? It is at the underground to 80+%

    Did you not see any of the previews or anything about it where they talked about how much of it is underground in Blackreach?

    I managed to login on NA server ... underground is large indeed, but I am more an outside explorer, so I am talking about size of the new map comparing to other zones

    Umm, the new map is half above ground and half below ground, only because you can't see Blackreach on the open world map, doesn't make it vanish.
