If they ever get to doing a Shivering Isles Zone, I want to see a Stibbons & Haskill Team Up Quest.

So we can find out the history behind Stibbons family. Because I'm sure Haskill is either an Ancestor or Stibbons Father.
Back and Forth between these two would be an epic quest.
Because after all can you see the resemblance?

Zenimax made his Origins of a mortal that mantled Sheogorath .Because only the Hero of Kvatch canonically succeeds at Defeating Jyggalag and thus breaking the Curse. All Others who tried failed and that includes Haskill.
Since Haskill is technically a Breton Vestige having children with Mortals shouldn't be a problem for him.
Besides Demiprinces are a thing.
