Mail Issue

My husband and i both have an ESO account. He used to be able to send me crafting materials all the time through mail. Now they just get returned to him. Any idea whats going on?

Do you have any addons installed? Some have an auto-bounce feature that automatically returns mail whenever a certain string of text is detected in the subject.

Your mailbox may be full, @Bryteyes ... make sure you clear enough inbox messages out so that you can receive more messages.

Do they get sent back right away? i know that c.o.d. has 3 days timer so it will be sent back earlier than the usual 30 days

(Ok I will be honest I don't remember exactly how long but it was shorter)

no it took a couple hours

Well, tried to help, no idea what is going on, maybe you return it to sender by mistake?

no it never even shows up in my mailbox

That's really weird then. Try making sure he is sending it to the right id, and if he does, submit a ticket.
