I just logged into the game and can't see the option to text chat in my Social menu. Tried logging out and back in, but it's still unavailable - don't see it at all. Only see Voice Chat and then Emotes and the rest of the 4 options (Group, guilds, friends and mail).

Anyone else have this issue?
