Then that is a problem.

You can try creating a ticket requesting to be placed back into the guild and made the leader again, assuming you were the leader to begin with. However, CS is backlogged so you can expect this to take weeks and it is questionable if they will do it to start with let alone making you a leader.

Assuming you remember the name of the guild.

Well their text support can’t do anything about it they said they sent it to a specialized team which could take forever like you said. I am the original owner and the guild name is the same as my username they won’t tell me whose in the guild or give me any access to the guild not even just inviting me to it support acts like I’m trying to steal a guild or something when it’s my own guild with my belongings in the bank. Idk if the new leader is an inactive player or not which would make it worse because I applied to my guild with no response so I’m pretty much screwed if support won’t help me. I just need a username of one person from it and the issue would be solved but support can’t even give me that it’s not fair. I’m not use to keyboard and I believe I hit the wrong keys that led me to leave the guild because i almost left my other guild as well but I saw that one as a pop up message.

I mean, unfortunately for you, Support does have to respect the privacy of your former guildmates. I'm not surprised they won't tell you anything about who's in it. And while I'm sure you are honest, its just good security practice for Support to not add anyone who claims to be the guild leader - that would quickly become a nightmare abused by malicious players.

It sucks, but it makes a lot of sense.

The only thing I can think of is that they might be able to double check the Guild History and verify that you were the rank you say and that you left rather than being kicked, as you say.

Yeah they can definitely see I was leader and I left it I mean my username is the same as the guild name can’t be more obvious to them but they won’t tell me whose in it or any of their info I get it if it was a big guild and I left I could easily find people who are in it to invite me back. But a super small guild with 12 people in it and all pretty much played the game a few times then stopped and maybe 2 people who actually play is pretty ridiculous they can’t tell me anything. I should of made a second account to be in it I guess definitely will be if I ever get this one back. Support doesn’t care I’m the original owner or that I created it they rather me struggle to find whose in it and have them invite me into it I even applied to my guild but the leader is most likely inactive so there really screwing me over and anyone who is leader will just steal everything out of my guild bank will support refund me for all that definitely not. I never heard of such a thing in any game how they handle things multiple things I have issues with they won’t help with I just bought a year of eso plus and probably the big pack of crowns yet they can’t work with a paying customer bunch of bs if you ask me. I hate their support and the representatives always have an attitude like they don’t want to work or something. I’ll keep messaging them though till they actually help me because this isn’t right at all.
