It still looks fantastic on relatively low spec GPU's at low/med settings
The combat when it works is pretty fluid

Both. In the past i'd say it was a 60/40 split in favor of PvP, but since this patch dropped i've probably spent 90-95% of my time doing PvE content.

Harrowstorm ruined PvP for me, and Greymoor isn't changing anything, possibly making things worse.

The option "neither" is missing. Right now, I am in the game mainly for housing, fishing, daily writs and chatting with some pretty awesome people in my social guilds. When Greymoor drops I am going to do the new quests, expecting them to be easy but fun, and make at least a few runs in the new dungeons and the new trial.

I got fed up with the PvP lag ages ago. PvE still kept me entertained for years, but I'm now at the point where the "end game" content I want to try (vet trials and vet DLC dungeons) is so badly bugged that I just gave up. For now. I'm hoping the PvE content I want to do becomes more playable again.

I'm sure a lot of folks who do about 90% PVP and 10% PVE...

And vice versa..

Doing the 10% to only get the "gear" or other needed items.

All polls have such huge correlation with each other...
I mean polls about trading system, polls about animation cancelling and so on.
There is always something close to 50/35/15 vote distribution

I mostly quest, but I like to mix in, at least a couple of times per week, some non-DLC dungeons and battlegrounds (now that the queue is solo only).
