So you still can't mail stuff to alts still?

No.
You can deposit the items in your bank or your housing storage chests.
Alternatively, mail the items to a trusted friend or guildmates, ha ve them bounce them back, and pick it up on your alt.

As for gold, just deposit the currency in your bank and withdraw it on your alt.

OP may be out of bank space ... and is trying to find a "creative" solution even though they may likely be hoarding things they don't need.

I have a solution. It cost money though.

I have a home, all of my characters log in, and log out there. I have a banker, I have 3 chests. 2 big ones, and 1 small one.

I put all my monster sets, Arena weapons, food in the two big chests.
The little chest is solely for things that I am moving to ult accounts.
For example when I made my MagSorc, I transmuted, upgraded, got the food i needed for the character and put it all in that small chest. Logged in on my Sorc, walked to the chest and spammed it til i collected all the items.
