First of all it would probably be broken like the 4 man finder. Secondly you would like to be able to choose certain classes and cp ( I don’t think they would be capable pulling that off) and finally even if you could choose class and CP there’s no guarantee that two 810cp players would have the same skill level. This actually works to a degree in WoW for example where you have “Raider IO” which gives you an insight to what that character has achieved for the latest raids and they have a score but again that’s another system on its own but it doesn’t help the fact that people sell runs etc. Maybe the they could trial it for Normal only and if it succeeds introduce Veteran/HM filter
Again, how would you set up group configuration in a Trial finder?
The simplest way would be to make basically 3x 4 man group.
That would mean 3 tanks, 3 healers and 6 dps.
Alternatively there could be various presets depending on a trial you want to queue for.
Example:
- 2 tanks, 2 healers, 8 dps;
- 2 tanks 3 healers. 7 dps
But like I have said - it could be depended on a trial you want to queue for.
As for the base game Craglorn trials - those could be added 1st as those are quite easy, and almost any group combo could do it. So those could be a good testing ground to see how it will work.
Another thing is that adding such option could help with huge numbers of DPS player queuing for dungeons and it can potentially help to unload / reduce waiting times.
Hahhaha have you guys ever puged a dlc dungeon. Hahahahha it’s hard enough sometimes getting four people to grasp mechanics let alone 12. Hope you like snipe spammers and people hard casting frags.
