No resolution to ticket re: missing Twitch drops from Friday's (01.05.20) stream

As the other thread was closed and I still have not received my crates could someone look into the matter.

Did not get the two promised crates in fact support said I wasn't supposed to get any of them. @ZOS_GinaBruno you did mention we would get two right?

Hi @ZOS_Chiroptera thank you for your response. The largest problem was the issue was overlooked with a "oh you won't always get a drop" when it was supposed to be a guaranteed one. I may not show it enough, but I am thankful for the hard work the staff puts into the game.

Something my entire family enjoys (they got all their crates).

And I have mine now too! Yay!
