Does Poison & Disease damage fall under Physical Penetration?

    Armor protects you from physical poison and disease dmg, therefore penetrating that armor will "grand" those damage types more damage.

    Armor: Physical, Poison, Disease and Bleed.
    Spell Resistance: Magic, Fire, Frost, Shock.
    (Oblivion is not resisted by anything.)

    Doesn't matter what causes the damage, whether it's a weapon, skill, proc set. Doesn't matter what resource it cost to use.
    Damage applied vs their respective resistance doesn't change.

    So yes, Physical Penetration will buff the damage of StamDK's abilities like Noxious Breath or Venomous Claw.
    (Assuming you're not over-penetrating, but that's a different question entirely.)
