ESO+ not active on account

I am on PC EU, play via the Zenimax/Bethesda launcher (not Steam), with an ESO+ subscription via Steam.

This afternoon, ESO+ is no longer active when I log in on the game; No double bank space and no craft bag etc.
I have restarted the game and launcher several times, but ESO+ is still not showing up. Payment is up to date and active till 28/5/2020.

Is this due to the current maintenance, or another issue?

My ESO+ is also gone. I was charged on the 14th of April and have a 3-month subscription. PC EU. Restarted several times.

People were experiencing this for days on console a month or so ago. I hope it's not a sign of things to come.

Same issue, assuming it's related to the maintenance.

Hoping it's just a maintenance issue, missing here, as well. PC-NA.

I lost several days of plus when this affected Xbox. ZOS suggested canceling and re-purchasing. I hope you guys get a better response than we did. Of course, since your not PC NA, you probably won't.

There is no distinction between a "PC NA account" or a "PC EU account" where ESO and ESO Plus are concerned; it is a "PC and Mac" account, whose Crowns and ESO Plus are shared by both servers. The fact that the characters, inventory, and Crown Store purchases are exclusive to the EU or NA server has no bearing on whether ESO Plus is active or inactive on the account; if there's a problem with ESO Plus, it will affect both servers.

Why not? It sometimes fixes the issue if it is specifically affecting your account. I had to do this once, and when you're working through a customer service rep you aren't going to get double charged for it.

I never lost my plus on the EU server. I play on both every day. There may not be a difference, account-wise but they are different servers and sometimes the bugs do not get triggered on both equally. Still, I hope the response for PC is better than we had on console.

The thing is, my last refund request of begin april took them 7 weeks to respond to...
You are better off applying for a refund and not resubbing at all with the current state of the servers imho.

As someone who plays on both the NA PC/Mac server and the EU PC/Mac server, I understand about the different servers and how one can have a problem while the other one doesn't.

But I was disagreeing with the idea that Support would treat someone's problem with ESO Plus differently based on whether that person is playing on the NA server or the EU server. I could be wrong about that, but it makes no sense to me.

Might be different levels of support depending on who you have to go through. Since I play on xbox, I did the process through Microsoft through live chat, and it was all settled within an hour with the refunds and everything. Sucks if you can't get that level of service on whatever platform you're using.

In any case, if you don't do PvP or trials, the game runs fine. Lots of players who sub to this game do neither of those two things with any regularity, and for us, the "state of the servers" (in quotes, because performance issues are far more complicated than that) is fine.
