What to do when somone (already reported) is daily trolling in PvP zone and chat?

Any ideas guys? A lot, and I mean A LOT of people have already reported this guy (probably a lot of you, if you play EP in Grey Host, know who I am referring to).

1 - He is constantly putting one EP ram against AD or DC keeps and leaves (so you think your faction is attacking there but it's just a troll siege - even of your own faction).

2 - He writes in zone chat like if he belongs to a known EP guild and asks people to type XXX3 to join his group but he NEVERS forms one (just trollin in zone chat).

3 - If you put siege, he takes your siege, turns it and fires it so it doesnt' hit the door or wall (see picture below).

4 - If you try to solo take something (outpost, rss, etc.) and he is around, he does like if he is going to help you fight but never engages, never sits on flag, nothing, he just hides using a pot and runs in circles around you while you fight.

5 - Even when he is EP, he oftenly denigrates EP people in zone chat.

This person has already been reported countless times and he is still doing this kind of stuff in Grey Host day after day.

Players are already tired of his behaviour and can't enjoy the day.

Reporting to ZOS is not working.

Too serious? You know trolling is against the TOS? Haven't you read he is pissing players off every day because he has gone beyond funny?

He does it daily, intentionally, he DOES NOT PVP, he just trolls every single day for hours.

We go to PVP to play, fight, win, have fun, etc., not to *** or troll.

1 is not trolling its drawing away enemy reinforcements, from the actual fights.

2 and 5 is trolling put him/her on your ignore list.

3 and 4 is just being an idiot in my opinion.

ESO's remaining hardcore PvP population is very toxic mate. They get a laugh watching their friends on other factions kill casuals right next to them, sometimes even call out where they are. I've seen people I used to respect after knowing for years just deteriorate emotionally, hanging onto an abandoned feature because of the nostalgia for the glory days of ESO pvp. Would not recommend anything but bgs to a casual player.

Not like zos cares anyway. There's a dude who deliberately glitches the scroll on Xbox NA, you know the old "pick it up and die so you can port with it to your home keep" thing. Guy did it one night multiple times, once when the gate was closed and the scroll was supposed to be protected.

Yeah nah, he glitched it anyway. Zone chat blew up, he must have had 40+ reports all at once and do you know what happened? Nothing. Not a got damn thing. He even openly talks about how he does it because he knows zos won't touch him. And right on queue dude was back the next day doing the same thing, and every day after that, and all I could do was laugh at how little zos cares. In fact it's almost kind of hilarious actually. Dude knows the game is busted, flagrantly exploits said issues, openly laughs about it and basically mocks zos to their face. A real boss move tbh, if only he took the other factions scrolls instead I'd even cheer him on at this point.

Still, point being that when I say "zos doesn't care" I'm not just being salty, I'm speaking from personal experience. They don't even care about cheating, why do you think they'll do anything about

As for your own troll, just be a grown up and ignore him.

If he hasn't been banned despite multiple reports than apparently people not playing the way you want them to is not against the TOS. Personally i thinks its more rude to expect people to play the way you want, report them, and make threads about it when you can simply just block him.
