Changes to Vamp/WW Skill Lines

With the release of Greymoor and the changes to the Vamp/WW skill lines, will I need to relevel these lines if I am already at level 10?

    • Mistform experience goes to Mistform.
    • Vampire Drain experience goes to Eviscerate.
    • Bat Swarm experience goes to Blood Scion.

    As for werewolf stuff nothing really changes in regards to where the experience you acquired goes. Skills will be at the same level as before.
