Slow Bug

I know this isn't new, but I couldn't find a thread on it. Every...single...day, I end up in combat where at some point I slow to a turtle's pace. Doesn't matter if I'm trying to run, run on my mount or have rapids. I have a speed of 1. Reloading UI has seemed to work sometimes but today it doesn't. What does this mean? I have to find a way to kill myself. And that's a pain in the middle of Cyrodiil. Dying seems to be the only guaranteed way to rid yourself of this bug.
Does anyone know of another thread addressing this? Is Zenimax aware?

My character started moving in slow motion, jumping and landing on ground again like those action movies lol is it this you are refferring to?
Logging out and relogging worked for me, or completely exit the game and connect again.
This game is full of bugs, if you lag and desyncs there is a bug that your stamina doesn't regen same as when you use sprint or hold block, the game register for way more time than normal that you are still holding block when you aren't and that's happened on a stamblade i made with 3k stamina regen on purpose, after 4 skills my stamina were all drained and only completely stopping was regen again lol.
