Rank 10 Dark Brotherhood, no title, no achievement.

I got to rank 10 at the same time I finished the story, I got my Silencer title, the costume, but even though it popped up on my screen to say I reached rank 10, I get no achievement rewarded. And if that's not enough to *** me off, I get a reply saying they can't do anything about it?

Whoa, what? Why does the last passive open up at 10? Did this change since the dlc released? I could've sworn I got the Assassin title at 10 on ps4 when it first came out. This is the first I've played through the story and all the contract grinding since then.0 -

Scales of Pitiless Justice IV and Padomaic Sprint IV open at ranks 11 and 12, respectively. It has always been this way, at least on PC. I can’t imagine console having a different rank structure.0 -
