Missing Crown Gem from Extraction

Hi
I tried extracting a bunch of gems from some of the crown crates drops, some food and some crown potions I didn't want.
It didn't appear immediately which I just chalked up to some server lag so wait a day or 2 before raising a support ticket.
It's been nearly a week and still no response...
Can I get some help with this?

    Could you post your ticket number here, so someone from ZoS can make sure it's in the right place?

    Some people have been waiting over a week to hear a response about their tickets. Hopefully it won't be too much longer until someone is able to help you.

    Sure, yeah I raised the ticket on the 5th and that was waiting a bit before I bothered to raise it...
