New gamebreaking combat glitch

For a lot of this update a new combat glitch has appeared which is almost identical to the sprint glitch in how it affects gameplay, however unlike the sprint glitch which can usually be fixed by pressing sprint again, this glitch has no obvious fast fix. This glitch impacts both PvP and PvE with huge detrimental effects on both, causing a player to be unable to use skills, light/heavy attack or dodge roll, however quite often the resources are consumed without the action being performed.

In the clip you may or may not see that I attempt to sprint, light attack, block, barswap and use abilities all with no use, Ive not seen a huge deal of information on this issue yet, however I might be wrong, but at this stage I’ll just list this as one more pain point on the ever increasing list of issues and bugs Plaguing this game.

✭I've had this bug too recently, both in PvP and PvE. The first time it appeared I was on my tank a minute before we went into a dungeon. Luckily switching zone to the dungeon solved the problem. Later had this many times in PvP, which means you simply lose a fight unless there are no players near or you can walk away from potatoes..0 -

✭the issues you describe started on xbox approx. 1 month ago after an update. I add a video showing it twice in a delve.
Heavy attacks and puncturing strikes not working.
From what I understand from PC threads, it started 2 weeks earlier on PC at update 25, with the hotfix they added to it, but am not 100% certain.
It occurs everywhere, delves, cyrodiil, worldbosses, overland monsters.
A "/reloadui" fixes it for some minutes.
It seems not to be related to servertraffic, as it occurs on xbox EU too at friday noon, when not many people play.

Your video looks like another bug where stamina is consumed when using magicka skills while at the same time the skill used has a huge delay. Strangely I only had this happen on a magplar on not anymore now. The bug OP talks about is more like the original sprint bug, which makes you unable to do most actions (even blocking and using LA/HA). Or are they somehow tied together?2 -
madman65✭✭✭✭So that`s what is going on, swapping bars seems to be the only thing working for me. What I mean by that is, everything is working on the other bar but when I switch back the problem is still there. Most of time everyone wants to run through and then it starts. Hope someone can figure the problem out and fix it, very aggravating!0 -
madman65✭✭✭✭Oh, this might be helpful. I have timers on my skills and when I use the skills and a resource is consumed, the timers don`t start. Hopefully helpful.0

✭✭Yep, this has happened to me several times since the last patch dropped (last night too) on PC NA. I don’t bother sending in a ticket anymore. If ZOS responds, and that's a big if, it’s nothing more than the worn out, “were looking into it.”

It’s game breaking if you’re in the middle of a fight in PvP.3 -

If not follow these steps
1: You need to sacrifice a goat to the volcanic god heppo pekko
2: Run arounds Arrius keep 5 times while using the hello emote every time you see a guard.

D3N7157✭✭✭✭This bug is really annoying in PvP if it happens to you and you already rolled several times and are on amped up roll cool down there is a big chance you won’t be able to roll and remove the bug. It’s a death sentence when that happens, it happens both when it’s super laggy in prime time but also in the middle of the night and early mornings so it’s not completely tied to server delay, issues go deeper unfortunately.0
