Unfortunately yes. There are a lot of people waiting in line for a response from support. I have a feeling it's becoming a bit out of hand. I don't really foresee this situation getting better after Greymoor launches on Tuesday.
People with character-crippling issues have been told to play a different character (if possible) in the meantime. I don't know what your issue is, but I hope it's not keeping you from playing the new content on Tuesday.I play on PC NA! Currently looking for a casual dungeon and trial group/guild.
