This is the same as the print I made, but well, I wanted to also make him cinematic ready, and also game ready. So what I bring today is just a quick render in VRay of my ESO character, which I spent a while 3D modelling almost from scratch. I tried to give him the right body shape. Then I made each piece of the armour, and textured everything. Made a quick rig and posed him just to test the rig, and make a quick render. My final idea is to render him with his daughter, who I've yet to finish. So here's the quick render I made.
Anyone curious on the software I used and my workflow. My workflow fits any VFX and videogame character creation, although I did try to mix both. I began using a base model I already have, sculpted the body better in ZBrush. Marvelous Designer was used for most of the clothing, but it was resculpted in ZBrush to add details. The retopology was done in Maya. Textures were done in Substance Painter. Hair and fur were done in XGen in Maya, and render was VRay. Compo done in Photoshop.
Hope you like it! Soon I'll bring you the final scene, which I will also 3D print.
