Day 2 after every patch is usually terrible in the lag department because EVERYBODY is on to play and test new content.

It is sluggish right now (at least its widely acknowledged to be on xbox na) and thats kinda lame but kind of expected. On ther hand, having experienced this with every patch over the last few years, i can say this time is not nearly as bad as its been in the past. We get an across the board slowdown, but the game isnt crashing every 15 minutes and load screens dont take 3 to 5 minutes. All in all this is actually alot better then it might've been.

Yep. Lag is one thing, and is expected both pre and post patch. But this is different. Subtle changes to block via animations have had sweeping noticeable changes to combat. In addition to loosing block cancel, they also "reinforced" animations to take priority. Meaning if you don't allow full duration you receive a delay in your next button press. If you press too quickly in frustration it will outright not register that skill adding further delay between activation and overall combat.This now plus the preexisting delay they had already added to ultimates makes things feel outright dismal. Lag for one of the rare and first times in ESO is not the culprit im afraid:/ I honestly wish it were. I would take DCs and lag back in a heartbeat if it meant reverting these changes.

so it sounds like they are getting or trying to prevent weaving in our rotations. or that could just be a buy product of the new "improvements". either way really annoying

Update 25 is a disaster. Pings are 200+ and lags are so bad it makes game unplayable. There were issues before the maintenance on 05/11/2020 but the maintenance seems to have exasperated the problems along with this massive lag in performance.

lol, I would kill for 200 ping! And the hitting a skill 12 times to get it to fire, yea, common here. Price you pay for living in paradise!!
