✭✭✭Sad realistic comment: My guess is that's just an animation part of either NPCs summoning, or more likely players closing/participating in Harrowstorms. In the video it's clearly part of a quest, but I'd expect it to be reused.Edited by Raisin on May 11, 2020 7:19PM0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Yeah, I have noticed that too, when I 1st watched it !
If they made a WW spell cast animation... this opens a lot of new possibilities. Imagine if for example we could use non-damaging class buffs while in WW form... Class choice for a WW build would matter a lot more. And we could have different WW play-styles.
But, it is most likely a part of boss fight or something.
Anyway, I am happy with what WW is getting this update. It seems that changes will go live, as we have not seen any further WW changes and it is week 4 of PTS.0 -

I think it's the orange glow from the Retaliation CP passive. They just successfully blocked a heavy attack, and now they are stuck in combat.
